Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Austria: Free shipping on every order. Standard delivery typically takes 6-12 business days depending on location.
- EU: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
- International: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, customs processing for international orders).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (outside the EU), Schmidt Family is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Schmidt Family is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly at support@schmidt-salzburg.com to submit a claim.
